Text Box:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               The Bank has completed 25 Years of its inception (since 1985) in November, 2009, crossing one more milestone, moving ahead by keeping pace with modern technology and catering to the modern day Banking as well as non-Banking needs of our valued customers. On the Technology front, Bank has implemented successfully the "Core Banking Solution" (CBS). All the branches of the Bank are connected to the Central Site at Head Office, Ulhasnagar. Thus CBS is a step towards enhancing customer convenience through Anywhere and Anytime Banking. Also planning to setup own DR (Disaster Recovery) Site at Thane Branch in the near future. Also Sharing Network of other Bank’s ATM under NFS/BANKS is in progress.                                                    24 hours ATM facility is available at Main branch and Thane (East) branch to help customers with fast and no-queue service. Both ATMs are connected to Central ATM Switch and Customers of all branches are able do all the transactions. To overcome the geographical barrier the Bank has is planning for ATM Sharing Arrangement with BANCS ATM network.                                                         SMS Banking services are available for the Customers of the bank to know the latest balances and last 3 transactions in their account using the SMS feature of the Mobile Phones. Apart from Customer pull operations Bank is also giving SMS alerts to the Customers for Clearance of cheques, Maturity of Terms Deposits, Return of the cheques & host of other services.
