Bank has introduced the SMS Banking for all the customers, ushering into the new area of technology. Now get account related information on the move - without visiting branches or calling up customer care service. The SMS Alert facility is totally free of cost to the customers, at present.

List of available SMS Alerts:

· Debit transactions above a predefined threshold*

· Credit transactions above a predefined threshold amount*

· Cheque Return Alerts

· Maturity of TD Alerts.

 

 

Registration Process:

You can fill up the application form and drop it at the nearest branch to register and activate the service. If you change your cell phone number please fill up the form & send it to the respective branch with proof.

 

 

Eligibility:

All Savings, Current, Cash Credit and Overdraft Account customers are eligible to apply for SMS alerts.
